Parcel Pickup Faq’s

When a package is shipped to Canada from the US it has to be cleared by Customs. This is done by a broker and they charge a fee for this service. Very often, the brokerage fee can be more than the value of your package! By picking the package(s) up yourself you avoid paying brokerage fees. It also takes longer to receive your package when it has to go through a broker.

We would hate for this to happen but we know that it is possible. if your package is delivered to us in a visible damaged condition we will attempt to contact you to see if the package should be refused. in this case you will need to make a claim with the shipping company. If your item is delivered damaged without any visible outer damage you will need to contact the supplier and we can help you with the return process.

We don’t like to limit your shipping of packages but we do have to protect our workers and facility. Items that are illegal and are not supposed to be shipped via any other postal method are not to be shipped to bluewater under any circumstances.

The company or vendor you have ordered from will provide you with a tracking number we do not need this information but please keep an eye on it. once your package arrives at our warehouse we will use the name on the package to link to your account. This is another reason to keep the name on your packages exactly the same as the name you registered with do not add anyone else’s name to the package.

Please do NOT include any form of Bluewater Shipping Depot in the delivery address or your package will be placed aside and we will not be able to contact you. Please always address your package as such:
